Babies are welcome in the studio for 1:1 or small group sessions.

Abby brings a calm, encouraging and supportive energy to the Tusk PT coaching team. She believes fitness should feel approachable, enjoyable and tailored to each individual — never intimidating or overwhelming.

As a Pre and Post Natal training specialist, Abby is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and beyond. Babies are welcome in the training space, with clients able to train 1:1 or in small groups, making it easier to prioritise health without added pressure.

Abby is especially skilled at working with clients who are new to training or returning after time away from exercise. Her coaching focuses on:

  • Building fundamental strength

  • Improving mobility

  • Teaching safe, effective movement patterns for everyday life

She is patient, detail-focused and committed to helping clients progress at a pace that feels right for them.

Having experienced the power of movement in her own life, Abby understands how transformative the right training environment can be. Her coaching style blends empathy, clear instruction and positive reinforcement so clients feel supported, understood and motivated — regardless of their starting point.

Abby is passionate about creating a welcoming training space for women of all ages, abilities and fitness backgrounds. Whether the goal is strength, mobility, weight loss or simply feeling better day to day, she empowers clients to take charge of their health and celebrate every step forward.
