At Tusk Personal Training, coaching is built around real people, real bodies, and real lives. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility, regain confidence, or simply feel better day to day, your training is designed to meet you where you are and move forward at a pace that feels right.
Clients can train with Paul or Abby, at Peninsula Fitness, or choose the private Tusk PT studio in Kippa Ring — a calm, fully equipped space where you can train without a gym membership. Sessions are available one-on-one, with a training partner, or in small, supportive groups.
Abby brings a particularly welcoming and encouraging approach for women who may be new to training, returning after time away, or looking for a comfortable, confidence-building environment. Her coaching focuses on strength, movement quality, and feeling capable in your body — without pressure or intimidation.
Tusk PT is about more than exercise. It’s about building strength, confidence, and resilience through training that feels realistic, sustainable, and genuinely supportive — at every stage of life.

We specialise in tailored personal training and small group training designed around your individual needs, goals and abilities.
Our small group sessions are capped and coached — not commercial classes — ensuring individual attention, precise coaching and results without intimidation.
Our sessions are intentionally kept small, allowing for individual attention, precise coaching and a strong focus on correct exercise execution and performance — so you get results without feeling lost in a large or intimidating environment.
At Tusk PT, we’re also building a community of dedicated clients who support each other, train together and show up consistently.
You’re not training alone — you’re part of a team, with Paul and Abby guiding you every step of the way.
