Training locations designed for flexibility

Tusk PT offers training across multiple locations, giving clients the freedom to choose what suits them best.

Clients can train with Paul or Abby, at Peninsula Fitness, or choose the private Tusk PT studio in Kippa Ring — a fully equipped space designed for focused, comfortable training without the need for a gym membership.

The Kippa Ring studio is ideal for clients who prefer a quieter environment, more privacy, or a relaxed space where confidence can grow naturally. It also allows for one-on-one sessions, partner training, and small group training — offering flexibility in both atmosphere and cost.

A welcoming approach — especially for women

Tusk PT is proud to offer a coaching environment that feels welcoming, inclusive, and supportive — particularly for women who may feel hesitant about traditional gym spaces.

Abby plays a key role in this approach, bringing a calm, encouraging coaching style that resonates with women of all ages. Her focus is on building strength, improving movement, and helping clients feel capable and confident in their bodies — without pressure, judgment, or intimidation.
